1 packet Red Velvet Cupcake Mix

1 Green’s Original pancake shaker

3 eggs

80gm soft butter

1 tbsp water Additional icing sugar - preheat over to 160 degrees fan forced


Combine cake mix and pancake shake into a bowl

Add eggs, butter and water with wooden spoon to combine then knees with hands to form dough

Place in cling wrap and refrigerate for 20min

Roll dough into tbsp size balls, coat in additional icing sugar

Bake for 12-15min

Slide straight off baking paper to prevent further baking.
