Easter Cake Pops

INGREDIENTS

Greens Premium Vanilla Mud Cake OR Premium Vanilla Cupcakes,

180g block of Nestle Plaistowe Cooking Chocolate Block White

Dr Oetker Unicorn Confetti and Glamour and Sparkle Sprinkles

Cake pop sticks or skewers


RECIPE BAKE

Bake Greens Vanilla Mud Cake or Vanilla Cupcakes as per pack directions.

Allow to cool, once cool break up cake/cupcakes into a bowl to resemble a crumb.

Prepare icing as per pack directions and mix into the cake crumb.

Roll into Easter egg shapes using approx.

1 tbsp of mixture for each cake pop.

Place on tray and put into the fridge to cool.


MELT

Melt 2 rows of Nestle Plaistowe White Cooking Chocolate in a microwave proof dish (approx. 20 sec).

Dip the end of the cake pop stick in chocolate and insert into the cake pop.

Refrigerate for 10 min to allow the chocolate to set as this will help strengthen the cake pop.


DECORATE

Melt the remaining white chocolate and dip each cake pop to completely cover.

Give it a light shake and allow excess to drip off.

Before it sets decorate with Dr Oetker Unicorn Confetti and Glamour and Sparkle Sprinkles. Cake pops can be stood up in a glass and placed in fridge, however works best if inserted into a Styrofoam block.

Refrigerate until set.
