Transparency
More often than not, DMA manages the event accounts for the client and makes sub-contract payment for ancillary services etc.
As DMA operates with an up-front fee disclosure, all parties are aware of these fees from the outset.
To maintain transparency, DMA will present all event accounts to the client or organizing committee for approval, prior to payment. Those same accounts will be presented in an auditable post event report.
