There are 3 management systems that really provide the core control mechanisms for DMA and ensure that details of your event are kept on track, on time and within budget and your delegates and/or participants fully informed

Summit Conference & Event Management Software

The resources of our Conference Management Software allow us to control delegate inquiries, registrations, delegate responses, abstracts and papers, VIP services, printing of name tags and various forms of communications and reports . Summit is a comprehensive Conference Management tool and a demonstration of its capabilities is highly recommended. IFM staff are Summit experts.

Excel, and MYOB, Accounting and Financial Control Systems

Over many years, DMA has obtained professional advice regarding the development and structure of budget and accounting systems specifically suited to Conference and Event financial management and control systems.

We are easily able to show you how these accounting and control systems, with finances linked to our Client Trust account can provide your Conference or Event with all the security that you need to protect your event funds and those of your delegates.

Accommodation Inventory and On Line Sales System.

The DMA team, along with our IT experts have developed a program which allows us to present contracted hotel properties direct, online, to your Conference and Event delegates, allowing them to browse and select not only multiple hotel properties, but room types, length of stay, conference extras, functions and dinners, hire cars, and day tours.

Transportation options required for the event are booked by your delegates with a simple button push.

The system responds directly to the delegates with confirmations and queries, and allows us to interface their requirements with our Summit Management System, (above)

Reports are a valuable and essential output of these systems.

As our client, you and your accountant or organising committee are automatically provided with regular reports on all aspects of finance, bookings, transportation requirements, accommodation and much more.
