Budgets
Our experience over the years has allowed us to develop a range of budget formats and pro-forma's to suit all types and size of Conferences and Events.
We have a control process which ensures that payments are always approved by the committee responsible and are compared to budget and previous quotations, prior to any payment being made or recommended.
The key to our budget process is that it is always transparent for you; the client. You will see and approve all payments and we often share commissions earned on touring and associated accommodation.
