HANS

Hans made his debut as part of the highly successful Berlin Cabaret in 2003 and is the creation of performer Matt Gilbertson. Since Berlin, Hans has gone on to work regularly at Commix Comedy Cellars and more recently at BOHO Bar where he performs three times a week and is one of the main attractions.

He has become a well-loved character in Adelaide and interstate with appearances in Sydney, Melbourne and on the Adelaide corporate circuit. Hans’ quick wit and good humour have landed him a regular spot on Nova 919's breakfast show as the daily celebrity gossip reporter.

Hans has staged his own cabaret Shows- The Beat Goes On in the Adelaide Fringe Festival 2006 and Alone At Last at Cabaret Café 2006, both boasting sold out seasons.

His strengths lie in audience interaction, which become evident with his piano accordion both on and off the stage!

The repertoire includes everything from Marlene to Abba, Madonna, Kylie and even the Pussycat Dolls.
